Marlene Dietrich’s life spanned most of the twentieth century and for sixty years she was at the top of the entertainment tree. Now we can witness for ourselves what it was that enthralled generations of gay men and women, as Marlene strides the stage again.

In this fabulous tribute evening, we see the great Dietrich in her many manifestations, from A-list movie star to top-notch cabaret performer via heroic war service as a German who took on the Nazis.

Presented by Terry Sanderson, the enthralling and poignant evening includes great camp classics from her movies, plus a complete performance of her cabaret show, recorded in Sweden in 1963, when she was at the peak of her powers and still being accompanied by Burt Bacharach.
